Air Washing Pool, designed to effectively clean soil, sand and other residues on fruits and vegetables, the air washing pool offers high performance especially in root vegetables. It provides hygienic cleaning without damaging the surface of the products. It offers a safe, efficient and hygienic first washing step in food processing plants. It can be easily integrated into production lines and stands out with its environmentally friendly design.
The system, which has a 304 quality stainless steel body, offers a capacity of 1,000 - 2,000 kg and is produced with 1.5 m³ and 2.5 m³ volume options. It is equipped with a blue modular belt suitable for FDA, IP65 automatic control panel, 1.1 kW air blower, 0.75 kW speed controlled belt motor and over-belt shower system.
It can be integrated into various production lines and provides an efficient, hygienic and environmentally friendly processing process.
